Beans & Zines

Two days before the first snow of the season (??!) most of the beans are harvested and ready for market. You can find them Saturday, October 15 at the Mill City Farmer’s Market, inside the train shed. I’ll have Bird Egg, Ireland Creek Annie, Kenearly Yellow Eye and (a very limited supply of ) Borlotti beans.

In response to requests for a recipe, the Bean Zine Vol. II walks you through how to prepare THE most flavorful mess ‘o beans imaginable.

Gotta get back to folding zines and bagging beans, all by hand because that’s how we roll.
